N.B. I know they promised the advent of the CK 'early 2024,' but did they make a similar statement regarding the DLC? At the very least I recall paying for the DLC, iirc, when pre-ordered Starfield. So, I don't think they can get around that.
You might be able to get a refund for the DLC. It hasn't been delivered yet.
I'd rather take the DLC, thank you.
