Although it shouldn't it might depend on which mods you are using if they rely on mods that are version dependent. Like i said that shouldn't be the case and isn't with simple model and texture mods (.dds and .nif). Maybe post your load order and someone might spot a potential issue

There are a few I have played with that can do this, for various reasons.
Performance is worse in New Atlantis (especially in the outside wilderness), as well as crashing during fast-travel. Had two crashes within two hours. Ran pretty great before the update. No crashes before, and smooth performance, relatively speaking. Load times are also longer. Maybe only by a couple seconds, which is a nitpick, but it's noticeable.
there are many mistakes and a lot of work is needed.
hm i got the texture cliping in the hands in first person with a starborn armor. unequip and equip again solved it
