A question about a mission with Ryujin Industries

Hello guys! I wanted to ask you something regarding a mission in Starfield.

I was playing the Ruyjin Industries questline and somehow I unlocked a "hidden" quest between "The Key Ingredient" and "Sabotage". Now if we all remember correctly, the previous 2 missions went about finding the traitor in the company, which at first appeared to be Imogene Salzo, but when you go to speak with her without attacking her, she gives you proof that it's actually Ularu Chen. Then it gets complicated.
So after I did all that(since my stupid ass always does all optional objectives in every quest) I ended up threatening Ularu Chen and Benjamin Bayu somehow.
Now, after rescuing the cargo from the Clinic which was working with Infinity(the competence) on "The Key Ingredient" quest, Masako asks me to kill an enemy agent in order to fix our relationship with Benjamin Bayu. The thing is that when I go to the location marked in game it just appears as empty spot on the ground. Can't find any reference in any walkthrough. Not saying I am the first to discover that quest, but couldn't find any reference anywhere. Also, the name of this hidden sidequest is "Managing Resources" so you can guess the info and tutorials I receive when I google that...

Has anyone of you went through the same? I don't know at this point if it's either bugged or
if I should wait(doesn't appear to happen anything when waiting on the location, find a specific NPC passing by(didn't see anyone so far), or anything else?

There's another current thread on this forum that has the same issue. I'm guessing it must be a bug introduced with the patch. Since it ran fine for me when I did it a few weeks ago.

You get the quest when you don't make nice with Bayu when the Ryujin Security Chief tells you to ask permission to go after Imogene in the gang lair.

The person you get sent after is the guy who's job you took when you joined Ryujin (coffee shop guy) unless you killed him back then, in which case its someone else.

I found coffee shop guy in the Well, but I've seen the location can vary (like Paradiso). But the quest marker worked fine when I did it.

as far i understand it with that mission, its right behind the one with get permission from baju.
Best advise before get an headache over this, load a save and talk to baju. Then you dont get this quest
Otherwise you can try to find the quest id and set the stage via console

So I should see an NPC then... And no, I didn't kill that guy at that time. I guess it's a bug and I should wait for the next patch until playing the mission again, because no loading a previous game seems to fix it. Anyway, thank you soo much for your help

It appears after you retrieve the stolen cargo from The Clinic, after "The Key Ingredient" mission, I also did other quests on the meanwhile, to load an older save would mean to lose like 5 hours of pure progress. I don't have that much time a day to play. Also I hate Bayu, f**k Bayu I am waiting for the next patch

yeah ok 5 hours is to mutch to loose. thought maybe 30mins or so.
If you managed to find somewhere the quest id you could use the console.
Ps yeah that baju i tryd it but it seems he is one of the non killable npc
