Right, I did a little research and found that for myself, which is why I'm filled with so many questions lol
The false information actually turned out to be perpetrated by, you guessed it. A hate group on Steam. Brilliant.
When people claim there is no voice of reason on Steam, I'll reference this post. Thank you.
Indeed. I guess I'm just surprised, more than anything.
We live in the INFORMATION AGE, with answers literally at our fingertips. Why doesn't anybody fact check?
Like most well educated people these days, I get all my hard hitting news from videos that cherrypick things out of context. Obviously if it has lots of views it must be true.
And, you're right though. Humans tend to react off their feelings rather than something more measured. I guess it's easier to just read "DID YOU KNOW THAT SWEET BABY INC IS A COMPANY OWNED BY BLIZZRAD?!" and people won't even notice the typo and assume that this is true.
Is the woke gone now that youve cracked the case?
Even if theyre not associated Im thankful someone brought this garbage company to my attention and the attention of others.
Statrfield isn’t woke, probably the furthest thing from it, in fact. You still putting energy into hating it? You know that only affects you, and your heart, nobody else is feeling what you feel when you type.
Very true, with a lot of similarities to herd/pack animals. If more people understood that about themselves, they would knee-jerk react a lot less, perhaps even temper their reactions to what they experience through media.
