Addressing Starfield's Foundation

What truly impresses me is that the modding community found even THAT so bland and lifeless that none of them want to bother with it in the same way they did Skyrim and Fallout 4. I think THAT alone is all the information anyone needs to see in any review.

I think many look at it like a blank canvas and see the potential available in this new platform. I wonder how many planets will be added... That and there is a lot of available real estate to build on.

So what you are saying is Starfield is so bad nobody wants to mod it and NONE of them are waiting for a Creation Kit tool to create mods PROPERLY.

Its got little to do with 'bland and lifeless' and everything to do with a lack of a creation kit.

You have to ask yourself: "Are you going to even bother trying to mod this game, or are you just going to stay moved onto something else?" It's no Skyrim or Fallout 4. It remains to be seen...the DLC had better be a quality drop or it's only going to get worse.

I know for a fact some of the "big name mod authors" are waiting for the Creation Kit. Simply because they have integrity and a reputation to uphold and are waiting for the proper tools to create the mods than rush a mod to be "first" and have the mod buggy as @#$% because it was not made with the proper tools. They have PLENTY of work in the other two games they can do while waiting.
