UC Questline "A Legacy Forged" bug - quest does not initiate

Hello everyone,

does someone know how to fix this bug? I completed "Hostile Intelligence" but the subsequent quest did not start...
I tried to start the quest via console command "startquest" and "sqo" but nothing happend.

STILL happening, at this point this is ridiculous, i cannot finish the UC questline beacuse of this, why make "visual improvement" updates but not fix the bugs? i really wish i could finish this questline cuz i was loving the game until this point.

make a new save and restart the game. after that complete the quest and go to londinion on toliman 2. the mission starts over there if i remind me correct.

I've done this quest several times without issue. I found that going to fast through the dialogs and trying to hurry the system can cause issues. Also, some quests require a specific answer to set the next step. I those cases I had to go through the dialog again and finish the dialog completely.
