Aside from the different dialogue during that mission, no other changes.
Masada battle? Both prior times I was able to sweet talk them into giving up their artifacts without a fight. So I've never had that final fight with them. I tell myself it's pretty much the same as any boss fight, and that I'm not missing much. Am I wrong?
they teleport you across a few different universes and locations (like the astral lounge, the nishina lab etc), it's pretty fun.
But there isnt much difference facing 1 or 2.
The main difference is during the space battle before landing on the planet. Getting help is pretty useful if you rush without upgrading your ship.
They are both icy tho thats true ;p Whats the outcome if you wont choose a side ?
I was able to talk them both into giving me their artifacts and everything ended peacefully. I imagine failing that you'll have to fight them both.
Yes, you still have to fight the other Starborn and their Ecliptic minions all the way into the temple to get to that conversation. But it's not really a very hard fight. Finding your way out of Kryx's Legacy while it's exploding around you was much harder.
I get both weapons that way. ;)
On my first NG+, I had phased time II by then, which made the fight against both of them easier.
Also, the whole thing, all the fights were way easier with one of the Starborn on my side. I barely had to do anything but walk around looting while they swept up the enemies.
I feel this is an unacceptable option for the final boss fight of the main quest. Can you imagine talking Dagoth Ur out of building the Akulakhan or Alduin into not ending the world?
C'Mon.
