How to change language?

I installed the game, but language is German. I set language in Steam game options to English but still it is German. I want all the text in English and audio in German. How can I do that? Not even reinstalling game solved this :(

I had the same problem with my modded game:
Some of the mods i used had their own ini files with the language set to the last one i was using (german - before i wanted to change to english).
After i searched all inis in my Starfield game folder and changed the "sLanguage=de" line to "=en" in every one i found, my problem was solved.
So simple, but the search for it has almost driven me nuts 😂
