where can u get some boom-pop black-liqurice

It's all i need to finish research

It appears randomly in some shops and vendors lists, as well as being scattered around in different places you may visit as loot that can be picked up - but it (along with some other items) can be scarce.

That was my last one too. I looked everywhere for it and not a shop I went to carried it. Once I finally found one and completed my research now I always seems to come across them. Just did about 15 minutes ago.

But as was said there really is no rhyme or reason to it, totally random.

tk - don't worry about finding stimulant - once you no longer need it you will find plenty - LOL! At least, it often seems that way when you need a specific item!
