Report a translation problem
It probably chaps Phil's a$$ that Starfield wasn't as popular as he wanted. Lets be honest. Selling a ton of copies doen't mean something great. Ignorant consumers expected something amazing from Bethesda. The hype and edited trailers ramped up those expectations. I'm sure those sales numbers did not reflect refunds or those that were locked out of refunds because they "conveniently" said it gets "fun" after 12 hours. Clearly past Steams 2 hour refund window.
