Stuck at Legacy...again!
When I arrived at the legacy, they spawned me so far away from it that by the time I reached it all my systems were damaged and grav drive was out. When I got back to my ship after completing the mission, all I could do was sit and wait for the grav drive to go back online so I could jump away.

Sitting here pounding away at my O button to keep my ship from exploding, waiting for the grav drive to go online, but it's so deep in the red it never does and I finally explode. There is literally no way to finish this mission now. And I'll be GD if I'm going back to before the whole mission and do it all over again, hoping somehow my ship doesn't get totally fkd before I have to get away again.

If no one out there has any ideas, then I'm stuck at the end of this mission and I won't be playing this game anymore.

Was your ship system's already damaged when you arrived? Make sure you've installed the Comspike and Conduction Grid as well as ensured your ship's engines are at max to get there faster.

Too bad, too, because I enjoyed the game up to this point and had big plans for NG+2.

<sigh> Yet another game down the drain...

Cant you just FT out of the red, to another planet in the system? GravDrive is not needed for intrasystem travel.

Unfortunately I keep getting a "You cannot fast travel from this location." message.

Should be easy to fix reloading a previous save before you go to the system.

The game is going to have small issues like this and much bigger ones for years, its how bgs rpgs work. You never have enough saves. Make more of them.

Did that twice already. It always spawns me so far away from the legacy that by the time I get there all systems are deep-deep red. They simply can't recover. And I have all the maxed out ship modules money can buy, including shields.

Okay, I literally tried everything. The only thing that worked (and I mean the. only. thing.!) was to fast travel to the same system I was already in. Not planet. Not moon. The system.

That's an awfully narrow circumstance to discover when you're trying to escape destruction.
