Every time you update your Nvidia drivers it clears your Nvidia Shader Cache - But it does not clear your Starfield Shader Cache. So -
After I install the new driver and before I launch the game I delete pipeline.cache from my folder which is located here - C:\Users\YOUR NAME\AppData\Local\Starfield
If you can't find the above file path do this as posted by Mephitic:
you can access it by selecting View->Show and checking to show Hidden items, or you can type the path in the address bar and it will take you there.
Make sure you do the above immediately after you update your Nvidia driver and before you launch Starfield.
Then the next time you launch your game your shaders will rebuild.
You don't have to do this but I do in order to start with all shader cache folders cleared.
Maybe you don't care but your opinion doesn't matter.
I was actually just updating the driver.
Nothing ever changes ....
