Im holding out before doing that, Im guessing the dlcs will have achievements too.
So meanwhile, I just never land on random planets; unless a mission directs me there, its a major city planet, I know Ive already gotten that temple.
Its baked into your save brah, gotta clean the slate with ng+ like I an many have.
Or console commands.
I am still trying to figure out how I can "find" the POIs for those two that locked out. In my case, missing temples Pi and Epsilon. I know one of the two is on Piazzi IV-C; hoping I can use that info to track down the cell info. If I'm super lucky, I'll be able to figure out the source of the bug, but at this point it is likely to be up to Bethesda to come up with a proper fix.
Otherwise, I'd have to either NG+ [prefer not to at this time] or add the missing powers via console. Either way, I feel cheated.
UGH! The baked-in part really ticks me off!
