Revelation quest - Unable to complete game

I am having an issue when I travel to Masada III for the quest Revelation, all that is there is the blue quest dot. I cannot get the guest to go any further. I have waited a few weeks for a fix to this but the last patch did not fix it. Is there a fix for this so I can finally start a NG+? How long do we need to wait? Please fix this ASAP!

Have you had the Dogfight yet?

you meat the starborn in space , and fight them in their ships first. try hanging around the jump-in area of the system, not orbit Masada3 unless that is the jump-in planet.
