But, even if you use a EM weapon and don't kill anyone, they acted like I did and the news network even broadcast the "murder" of so many there.
I don't like that quest. I do it for the Stealth suit.
But yeah, that is a way you could do it. Smart cookie Krash. :)
Doesn't everyone? 😉
I edited my post to congratulate you on coming up with a smart way to do. If I ever play that quest again, I will try that.
And no, there may be some who enjoy that type of quest. Undercover work for a big corporation. I don't like how the quest is designed. Even using the tools you are given, it still can end up not what you want to do.
I don't like how it starts. I would love to have a [Starborn] option like we do in the MQ to cut to the chase in the Ryujin missions. For me the chase begins with Background Checks. I look forward to the rest of it. Wiping out the syndicate.. getting the implant, making sure no one else gets an implant. Great stuff, imo.
....
Thats okay we won't fire you or even consider you suspect.
....
Just don't expect a bonus.
There you go. You just commented you like such type quest. So you would enjoy doing it even if it did not award such a nice one suit at the end. I felt the implant being forced on you if you wanted to complete the quest was also a bad design. I would have done it once and then never did it again if it was not for the suit.
But each to their own. The important thing is to have fun.
Lol. Yeah, the quest just needs a lot to be desired in design. They are only concerned about the public opinion of them, rather then the innocents getting killed.
And myself getting blamed for a bunch of murders when I did not kill anyone, but used a EM weapon to stun them, was all the evidence I needed to call it a bad designed quest.
I don't do quests unless I have fun with them. The Operators Suit has the best DR of any apparel I've found in the game, plus the stealth bonus. So liking most of the quest plus the reward is a pretty good motivator for me. I do believe most players repeat this quest in NG+ for the suit.
A lot of the quests or missions need just another choice or two on how to approach them. It's such a big game that it's a tall order but it would go a long way to pleasing many people.
