"Set course" not working for some missions
Specifically, some "power from beyond" temple missions. I can't manage to find the objectives on the starmap too.

What should I do to find them ?

Same here. I have all the artefacts now, and Vlad gave me a location for the next temple, Guniibuu II. There is no POI to land, it's empty. I landed, the quest updated to find the anomaly using the scanner, I found just an anomaly, but no temple, even though I walked around the area and surveyed the biome while I was there, wandering around. There is no temple. Looks like a bug. I have been back, tried to talk with Vlad again, nothing. I have landed on an other biome on that planet, nothing different. Sad... I played 370 hours on the same char, no NG yet, and I think there are too many bugs or at least Bethesda should acknowledge them, and set a timeline or something.

Same issue and I have basically stopped playing the game since early December 2023. Vlad is sending me to Tau Ceti III for the next temple.
There is no Scanner Anomaly POI that appears on the map/planet view.
I spent all day landing at different points on the planet and looking for distortion on the scanner - nope.
Rather than fixing this game breaking bug - cannot complete "Powers From Beyond", which is a main story line quest - Bethesda is fixing ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ cosmetics and minor mission bugs.
I ended up reloading before the talk to Vlad on the eye point and just doing a bunch of missions on the mission boards, but so bored with everything now. Ill check back in a couple of months to see if this gets fixed, but I doubt it.

This is a known bug. If the power happens to be on a planet you have already visited, the temple may not spawn..... Even if you go to the correct planet/moon, (which is listed in the quest) the temple may not show up.

Not sure if there is a fix for this yet or not. No patch from beth for it at any rate.

I've 529 hours in the game and stuck at Guniibuu II attempting to locate the temple. I can walk around and find the Anomalies, but am unable to locate the temple on Guniibuu II. I have landed on at least four different sites on the planet. Is this an "undocumented feature" of "exploring a dynamic universe?" Will someone at BGS fix this?
I'm still very enthusiastic about the game (been playing since the pre-release in late August '23) even though there is a growing ocean of ambivalence in the community overall for, or at the very least a swelling stream of strong sentiments against, Starfield. I am still in my first play through and I WILL NOT progress through the NG+ feature until I have completed "Power from Beyond" w/o console commands. For all the misses of the game which were spun as features (ie, samy-"procedural" worlds; no vehicular travel on-planet [jet-pack assisted jumps barely, being generous, count as vehicular travel]; a step backwards from previous BGS titles regarding auto-mapping, etc.) I am still LOVING the game - but it becomes increasingly difficult to enjoy the Starfield experience when it feels like the goals of the game are kept just out of reach by those who know there is a legitimate issue being reported by so many people who are playing the game. PLEASE HELP!!!!

If you have visited the planet before, this bug tends to rear it's ugly head.
