Wildlife's great, tropical/desert/frozen crevasses/mountains. Skies are beautiful yellows, pinks and oranges, some swimmable beaches where the sea looks yellow/golden because of the skies.
Same breathable atmosphere, swimmable water, no large radiation doses due to the magnetosphere, and more resources. PLUS, there are more shallow sand bars reaching out into the water so you can build literally IN the water. And there are wave noises and gull noises as well.
No animals have bugged me either. I just built on a sandbar, and the only way to reach my outpost is to pass by a tower with six turrets on it. No fauna has even tried though. I can sometimes see animals "swimming," but there just aren't aggressive enough or interested enough to swim past my tower.
