Little profanity, blood, controversy... I'm not saying it needs to be a Call of Duty lobby voice chat but damn it's an M rated game with the bite of an E10+ rating.
Seriously though, it's hard to not see a glaring difference in that video.
It's not just the animations, it's the whole ambiance of what is supposed to be a futuristic night club.
Animations are another thing altogether. Those spendex dancers could at least have been a little mor 'grrovy'?
What annoys me about Neon is that it reminds me of a club added in a (bad) Fallout 4 mod (depravity?), even down to what sounds like almost the same looping synth music.
I wonder how much Starfield was gimped to work on Xbox (would have been a requirement once the Microsoft purchase was done, presumably), between low NPC population, incredibly limited outfits, minimal simultaneous NPCs doing complex animations, etc.
Now, this was a funny comment.
I give the guy credit for stepping in but people aren't necessarily wrong either.
Bethesda's character animation is badly outdated by function of the Creation Engine and using essentially the same character presentation since Oblivion. There was nothing stopping them from taking some risks and making at the very least main quest scenes a little more cinematic.
Anything except character's just facing you head on and staring into your soul.
Depends which ones you go to.
Also, I remember when having to work at Lucas Games, that going to bars in the area was even worse than the Starfield bars.
I'll dance like Shepard in Purgatory to Vexelstrom in my spaceship because Why The Frack Not!
Well, I guess this is your way!
Just kidding.
I was just trying to spin a chain of funny notions XD
Happy holydays btw.
Happy holiday and a good newyears.
May you find joy wherevevr it is you are.
