Where are all the Snipers???

What are the proper hard heavy hitting snipers in this game? I'm hundreds of hours in but only thing close is the old earth hunting rifle thing which is grey quality... where's the cool sci fi snipers at?

What level are you?
A99 or Orion are good semi-autos.
Lawgivers from Akila are good 'winchester' style rifles.

Stick a suppressor/stealth-laser on it, and a scope: *<phfpt>* Headshot.
@lvl30+ you can find 'HardTarget'-class sniper rifles
@lvl-50ish you can find magsnipers.

HardTargets are real sniper-rifles (5/mag).

A99/Orions are more forgiving if you miss (40/mag)
- will put down anything not Terramorph/Siren/1-ton-beasties.


HardTargets can take down with bodyshots, but if you want to 'level-up': go for headshots.

The best snipers are pistols like the Razorback? If you want a sci-fi sniper I guess the Orion is okay.

Hard Target is for snipers. It's awesome. But several other rifles can be used as snipers also. Personally I much prefer the Hard Target over the Magsniper because there is no need to charge it up. Aim and shoot. And there are situations where firing quickly is needed. Also, you want a suppressor on your sniper weapon.

Beowolf is a great gun, for all actions , stealth , rambo, or what ever you're style.
Put a scope on it and suppressor and your good to go.

I use to use the Old Earth Rifle for sniping... until I found the Orion which was awesome... until I found this one; Which Looks like the Future, and Kills like there's No Tomorrow :).

I can't remember what level I was when Hard Target started showing up. Somewhere around level 30 I think, maybe 40.

My fav sniper rifle is a rare, named Hard Target called the Last Breath. I weapons craft mod it to my personal specs and it is deadly.

ive done nearly every faction and half the stroy and im lvl 37 ish? I feel like the game will be over before i get any of this high end stuff?

Oh, and I prefer a modified AA-99 supressed for indoor use and caves.

How is the "Volatile rounds" going?
I never kept eny weapon that had that, i think its a DE-buff more than a help.
What do you think/find with that buff?

Also i've noticed i get big fps drop when leaving scope aim? any fix for this, its very annoying.

I can't really say; My Rifle isn't even Epic... it's a Rare, and has some other buff on it. However... I do recall once getting a gun with a Volatile Buff, but only remember not being impressed, and choosing not to use it.

The sniper "HARD TARGET" in the picture, the epic (purple) one you put up has volatile rounds buff.
