Should M$ fire Todd?

I wonder if they are happy with Starifeld and with how Todd keeps the quality of Bethesda's games at bad to mediocre and their tech janky and outdated. Maybe they only care about the short term profits since it sold well at the start due to hype, gamer gullibility, and Todds sweet little lies.

But I'm sure they are aware that public opinion about Starfield and Bethesda is starting to turn. More and more people realize what a joke Bethesda has become.

Would be pretty cool if they convinced him to retire early and brought in upper management who are capable of actually creating good games.

Probably won't happen though. M$ has been making bad choices on games and studios lately so they probably don't know much about creating good games.

Imo the should get Todd and the other senior managers out of there or TES6 is going to fail. It will be over for Bethesda game studios at that point. Or maybe they will limp along and make mobile games.

Todd is still Emil's boss. Emil is the lead dev at least in part due to Todd putting him in that position.

Bethesda should be looking at hiring some people from outside the company to lead development. I'm not sure the culture will change enough to fix the problems in bethesda's development culture without someone new to enforce the changes.

If there is one thing worse than Bethesda its MS ;p if anything they will promote him to run MS instead ;p

I don't see this hype lasting forever. I think this company's gonna go the way of bioware and be a mere shadow of its former self by the time they do their next release TES6 and p***** people off because it's so mediocre and outdated

The game is a decent game for those that like this game. If you can't handle someone liking a game without having to degrade them then you are the problem.

Phil Spencer should probably be fired too if under his leadership M$ keeps buying studios who can no longer make good games like Arkane qnd Bethesda

He is buying studios who are formally good but are now past their prime
