*STOP FEEDING THE TROLLS*

By now you must realize these 'I Hate this Game' Trolls are only posting because we keep responding to them. The Fact is; they really don't care about this game. And I don't mean "They Don't Care about the Game"... I mean they could Care Less one way or the other; Heck... I'd even bet most of them are playing the game on their regular account.

The ONLY reason they keep making threads is because we keep responding to them; think about it; why would Any Rational Person Repeatedly post "I Hate this Game" rhetoric about any game? You don't like a game... You Write a Bad Review and Move on. You want to laugh at people arguing about a subject you really don't care about; then Just Write... Rinse and Repeat.

If you want to put an end to it... STOP FEEDING THE TROLLS. And when they post inside of a Legitimate Thread; Completely Ignore them; Like it's not even there; give them NOTHING on which to feed. They will get bored and go away.

Don't even Respond to this post... Read it... and Move On; let the Trolls feast on this one; let it be their last meal! Heck... after I Post this I'm going to UnSubScribe to It; because I really don't care what they have to say.

I do hope all the StarField Fans will start ignoring the Trolls so they will Go Away, and find another means to stroke their egos.

Of course I agree to stopping the obvious trolls.

But I won't agree to stop positive/negative threads per se, as not all had same experiences, expectations, hardware, name it. And then came to their conclusion and wanted to post their opinion - which may sound as troll stuff depending on your own point of view, if you like it or not.

Everything else would be disregarding freedom of speech....

I would also like to add that players should also block the trolls spamming reviews with insults. You can identify these trolls because they are spamming unrelated comparisons (like the real moon landing and an empty video game planet) or directly attacking players ("you're not playing it right"). Finally, they have big yellow tags next their names and work at a company that trolls gamers with great looking trailers but really bad games.

If we quit feeding the trolls then who are we supposed to laugh at. They are the stand-up comedians of the forum world. They think up stupid ♥♥♥♥ and we get a few laughs. It is not that they can convince a normal person of their delusions, Like a monkey in a zoo, let them play with their feces and think someone cares.

Hey, did you read the entirety of my post, or only the part you quoted out of context?

TC posted a thread that said *STOP FEEDING THE TROLLS* in all caps, and then went on a rant about how acknowledging trolls only makes them continue posting.

That's like... making a birthday cake with *DON'T FEED THE ALLIGATORS* written on it in icing, then throwing it at an alligator :P

Trolling is real bad for this game somehow and it is both positive and negative trolling. Ive done this type of post as well, told people to stop feeding them trolls but... since then things only ramped up and by now... ive given up on these forums. Dont know wtf is all their problems but fact stands... they rendered the forum a senseless bashfest

They'll keep posting whether or not anybody engages with them. As South Park so eloquently put it, "How does one kill, that which has no life?" That said yeah I just ignore most of them at this point. We all do.
