Noel gives me two adaptive frames instead of the artifacts. Does anyone know a fix for this?

I must understand from this, that you two and surely many more have bought a game in which you cannot finish the main mission...

I've not encountered this bug myself, but I have seen people on the forum mention it before. There may be console commands which will debug it. But they will turn off achievements unless you install a mod to enable them again.

I did a little research and apparently you may be able to build the Armillary at an outpost instead despite not having the artifacts. This may be incorrect information as I've not tested it myself. So take it with a pinch of salt. May be worth a try?

That's why its a game pass, Microsoft knew it was overpriced and would flop.

I myself did not have this issue on my first play through. It could be from this new play that I am using Mods including "No one dies" . but have heard of others without mods can have issue also. since the last update.
