I've seen that there's this option, but is there a way to just go back to 'REGULAR' save files after using console to move an npc around? it is weird because the same save that didn't let me get achievements after, say, level 25, did give me several others before re-bugging.
That's the thing. I got kinda angry at not knowing when the last save status got turned into modded, so I went back to a clean slate, deleted every single save instance, and started from scratch. As soon as I got to the first save instance I checked, and it was AGAIN being contemplated as "modded", even though I just started from zero.

aswell?
I did. It was still bugged and I think it was drawing its conclusions from a cloud save, which shouldn't be the case. Last resort, there's a mod. But I find it impossible that the game keeps on considering a fresh, start-from-scratch save as "modded".
Deleted both things, saves still show up as modded. What's weird is that (and I remember) the console command I used when Andreja got bugged was right before starting further into the unknown, and I started doing Ryujin right afterwards. It gave me the very first achievement, and then It got back to the modded state and stopped tracking my achievements. It's weird af tbh.
I will also add that if you ever experience issues like crashing, and you decide to use the Verify files button on steam (it will fix the game for sure), but make sure to re-install the mod again
Im just speaking from my own experiences
