With G-sync its best to even turn v-sync off in every game and just use the global one.
Problem I have with this game now though, just updated to the latest patch, when I try to turn DLSS Frame Generation on the game locks up and I have to close the program :/
Got a solution for that?
Have an Asus RTX 4070 12GB OC edition.
Read post again. That’s the point. V-Sync is greyed out because Bethesda disabled that option while enabling frame gen. That’s the fix up above.

Although, if I remember correctly, once many people claimed that V-Sync should be disabled for the G-Sync to work properly. But I always get screen tearing without VS on my G-Sync monitor.
Its not a steam exclusive game its on Game Pass too
