Can't do the "Fishy Business" mission

Every time I click on the Pharmaceutical Lab the screen will not pop up and just resets view. I've loaded from different saves and tried leaving the building and coming back in. I always get the same thing no matter what I try.

Well that was weird, tried something new. I shot the machine and it let me use it. I had to do that each time I needed to make the Aurora.

You need wear special "clean" item. Look in inventory.

I was wearing the clean suit outfit, it's just a glitch. Had it happen today on a weapon mod station.

Yeah for me all I had to do was draw any weapon before I use the pharma lab and it worked fine.
