[HIP-FIRE] Your goto weapon?

I am looking at building the ultimate HIP-FIRE weapon (not my usual mode).

I want to learn/experience quality HIP-FIRE gameplay against hard-targets.

I want a weapon that lets me fire quickly and accurately even if my reticle is not perfect center-mass. I want excellent control, with very little recoil.

Please advise.

For early levels:
Orion + StealthLaser
A99 + Suppressed.

:: head-shot, retreat till hidden again
- do not snipe one member then go guns blazing.
- it takes time to track down another gang
- invest time with your current prey and don't rush it

A single stealth, scoped headshot, levels these skills simultaneously:
- rifle
- stealth
- armor penetration
- sharpshooting
- sniper
- marksmanship
- ballistics or lasers.
