Andreja. She takes longer than Sara does. But is also more forgiving of your decisions than Sara will be.

Do the Freestar Collective Star Quest chain and also the UC Terrormorph one. Remember to avoid sounding aggressive or cocky with your dialog choices. She likes kindness and showing respect.

Beware. I was doing the Neon Aurora quest, got ambushed by a street gang, the Disciples, and she's giving me s h i t for defending myself. I must say, first time I've ever been blamed in a game for shooting back at someone that shoots first. And we had already went through the commitment part of romancing - thanks Dear, I guess I should let the banger shoot me dead....

I think BSG better get a reality check and fix that crap. Self defence is self defence. Especially in a game. And I figured since Andreja's back story is what it is, she'd be far more lenient. Guess I was wrong. What's the point of the romance option if they all treat you the same way - Sarah says no one blames anyone for their past, yet here they are, blaming you. What a lie. Not worth the effort for a measly 24 minute long 15% xp buff you only get when sleeping with her in the game, if she's near the bed at all.

And before the crowd jumps in to comment - I am aware the drug is illegal (but only outside Neon), Bayu has allowed the business to continue as long as he gets paid (so officially sanctioned behaviour), and no one makes anyone take the drug against their will (and since it's a game no real victims). So there.

Romance? Who said Bethesda knew how to do Romances? There hasn't been a decent Romance in Bethesda games (IMO) since Morrowind.

Leadership perk will increase affinity. But personally I just make her a companion and the topic of helping her with her backstory quest always comes up and that leads to the romance/friendship choice. Also, I never take the [flirt] dialog since it never works.

I wasn't aware any of the romances in the game required anything more than just picking Flirt every time it appeared.

Alejandra = Andreja? Is that a localization, as in you're playing in another language maybe?

At at rate, it's the "...liked that" and "....loved that" that raises the affinity, and that is what triggers the companion quest, which in turn triggers the commitment quest. (The flirting just gets brushed off if the affinity is too low)

Alejandra/Andreja is a little more work than Sarah. The Freestar hostage rescue missions, which you can pick up from the terminal in the Rock (On the same level where you find Emma Wilcox) are repeatable and will get a "liked that" each time.

Alejandra/Andreja has a strong sense of justice. She will dislike it if you spare Musgrove in All That Money Can Buy. She will dislike it if you disagree with the Hunter on whether the loss of Earth was worth it or not in Unearthed. In both cases, that is just the opposite of Sarah's reaction.

It doesn't sound like you've actually done the companion quest yet, so that would be the next step.
