Actually, yes. It depends upon your choices though. While I can remember for certain only one scenario where I met her (it?) again, I thought there was a second but now can't remember...it must have made a huge impression if I can't remember it...

If she isn't there now it sounds like "DLC" to me.

I mean,you can't add the AI thing and don't elaborate it..

Always took the same choise "free her,spare the men,suggested her to live for exploration" all times... met her the first time at least 6 times in my NGs,never met her the second time.

Do you remeber your choises maybe? I'd like to try.

You do actually meet her again if you choose to enslave her. And no, it's an awesome quest. Probably one of the best in the game and very lore heavy.

They seemed depressed due to feeling like their existence wouldn't be enough time to catalog (see) the entire universe. There were a few option to reply with but I chose the one that had something to do with did they even know how long AI's live or if they even die. That seemed to cheer them up and they departed.

I met her again, a very long while after the original meeting. She was very happy with her choice to explore (though I don't remember what I convinced her to explore now). Whatever I told her was apparently the right choice, though I never met her again and as far as I know that random encounter was it.

So it sounds like you may meet her again no matter what your choice was, based on what people are saying here.

I met her again after choosing to deactivate her when she attacks me with a ship

I met it again after i chose to deactivate it, i destroyed the ship.

Yeah. If you choose to help the Rjuyin guys deactivate her, she becomes a random hostile ship encounter later on.
