Quadruple vendor credits and resources
Honestly no one clearly tested this at all the cash levels for shops are fine early game but then don't scale late game, sure when I'm getting guns that are worth 150 the 5000 limit is ok but now I'm routinely finding guns with sale values between 8000 and 11000 like seriously who designed this trash.

I have seen people waiting on seats to restock vendors but who the hell wants to wait for over 1 minute real time if you include the sit down and get up animations to be able to sell your stuff or buy resources as the vendors have a pathetic amount to sell. I've watched streamers do the sit and wait for vendors for half an hour straight because not only do vendors have no cash but everything weighs a ton and your carry capacity is tiny.

I think someone with less than half a brain play tested this early game only and was like yeah that garbage will do now lets get this turd shipped.

I used the mod Rich Trade Authority, its great
Also Rich Base Ship Builder which gives 800,000 for them to buy your ships you steal, fantastic.
Sell ships as often as you can get them, sell your stolen loot at The Key Trade Authority as they have 90,000 credits each day

In The Elder Scrolls, you could invest in shops to permanently increase their on-hand cash.

In Fallout, you could barter using goods instead of caps.

Todd, in his infinite wisdom, decided to implement NEITHER of these mechanics into Starfield.

For a second after reading this, I was thinking ''Hey this guy got a point'' but then I remembered that if a vendor doesn't have credits to buy my stuff, but he has items I want, I simply offer up an item for sale for similar value and trade for whatever items I want that way.. Clearly bartering using goods is still possible.

I do hope Bethesda gets around to stealing this idea if they ever decide to implement balance changes in the future.

You can also just sell the item to them at the most they have and take the lost.
