Survey Mission Glitch?

I took a quest to survey a planet. I am at 72% with Flora showing BIOME COMPLETE and Fauna BIOME COMPLETE and I have 8 out of 8 resources found but the quest won't end. How the hell do I complete this survey???

You need to land at another biome. You can see what biome it is if you click on the planet/moon and a sceen pops up with details about that landing site.

from the planet from orbit view click on the map and it may say woodland...click somewhere else it may say hills...mountains...swamp with a % based on common elements already scanned.

So say it says mountains 25%...that is a good bet that you can find stuff you didn't wherever you landed earlier.

Also, if you are very unlucky, you will complete 100% in all biomes and have to land at a coastal biome, make your way to to the beach, and scan fish offshore. And yes, the coastal biomes will show 100% completion in the map, so definitely not intuitive.

And if above stuff didn't do it:

Did you watch out for birds - or balloons or blimps or whatever else the flyers might be???

If yes: Click the ocean on the planet map (the big one, not the surroundings map). Itf it only says "Ocean - Cannot land here" - tough luck, look again for other terrain. However, when it says "Ocean (0%) - Cannot land here"... ...then it's shooting fish in a barrel: Find a landing spot with Coast (Called e.g. "Wetlands (Coast)", land there, find the coast, and scan the water. If you can swim in it - fine. If not... ...scan the water, and shoot at stuff you find. it's awkward, but you'll eventually get the knack of that.
