Sometimes - If im in one of the biggest retails stores on the planet for that particular product... There are community managers in many other game forums for much smaller games.. So it is actually fairly common...

But like i said earlier - Most players are on Gamepass thats why there is no one here... If the majority of player were on steam that would be different i think...

I don't mean to frighten you. I just want you to chill out with the trolling. Take a leaf out of Lizzo's book. He's happy to participate in threads in a fairly negative manner. He doesn't create troll threads every day.
