They do that sometimes. There's no fix ATM. It's better to customize ships you buy or the game gives you, not ones you steal. The ones you buy/are gifted tend to be more stable.
Try adding a paint-job to a component(modificaction action) and testing again.
I dont have any mods and I have not used the console at all.
So its like the ship is there but I cant see it, touch it, interact with it at all. When I home a different ship the new home ship is there immediately and works fine.
So what do I do? do I have to sell it off or something? Or is there any way to get my ship back?
They way I solved it is by selling that rogue ship and start again with a cheaply bought ship.
There are any number of ship bugs right now, though. I just had a 250k ship revert back to its 10k version, all mods and money lost, just poof it was once again a crimson fleet junker. It also locked me out from entry at the bay though I could fast travel to it and be inside. About 25% of the most common activities are prone to catastrophic failure. Combat works, but outposts, ships, homes and more are all subject to reset/vanishing stuff/failure.
I have started to get CTD now aswell. Doing a verify files atm.
CTDs happen every now and then, and verifying your game files never hurts...
I think ima have my wife knit me a wilby. Anyone know how many colors they come in? Ive seen green, blue, red, and maybe others, lost track.
