low settings on a RX7600

I have a question. I have a Ryzen 5 3600 and Radeon RX 7600. Both Satifactory and Starfeild my GPU/CPU graphs are both saying I'm GPU bottlenecked. Both are Lowest settings and GPU is at 100% core. What gives?

I've been playing it since launch with 3060Ti at 1440p, ultra, 75% scale + DLSS mod. Never crash. Do you have it installed on SSD? It is mandatory in this game. Drivers up to date and correctly installed with DDU?

Since you have a 7000 series GPU, just download AMD's preview Beta driver and use fluid motion frames (AMD's driver level frame generation), solves all FPS issues without loss to visual quality.

Ok. Nvidia works terribly in this game. On AMD it should work much better. You also have frame generation.
Does your monitor work correctly? Is it 29Hz?

PCI-e? Yeah, Gen 4 is twice as fast. With the 7000 series AMD card, you should probably consider getting a new motherboard. The bandwidth for your SSD will also be twice as fast and almost all mobos with PCI-e Gen 4 have M.2 slots with dedicated lanes to the cpu that won't have to share with the gpu like on older mobos.

In the screenshot. In passmark it says 29Hz. Check that out.

I saw that too. Might have the HDMi hooked onto the wrong port on the monitor. Some have different Hz settings
