for sure the rewards that you get are not really worth that, the only good part is the saved skills but thats the + part i guess
i did it before gaining anything to loose pretty much as a strategy. most people likely wont think of that or bother even if they do
I don't see how it makes RP sense unless your PC has terminal cancer or something, so I haven't played NG+ and maybe won't.
Maybe try it before complaining about it??? There is a different path going forward in the main story after the jump to a new universe. You also keep the powers and get a new ship. You do not start completely over. Just inventory.
The powers can be strengthened in the NG+, there is no requirement to do so. You can get the artifacts again very quickly if you choose the quick version of the quest.
Because character progression in Diablo is predicated on farming progressively higher-level bosses for new unique loot, whereas you can do this in the first hour of Starfield anyway and have a practically unstoppable ship about halfway through your first playthrough.
I tried it and there's definitely no point other than things like meeting the legendary merchant (usually not helpful anyway) and seeing the different conditions of Constellation. The powers are mostly pointless since the game shoehorns you into ranged combat anyway, which will easily take care of all enemies.
People who like the game tell me it is a gripping story about choices or something. I just think it is mediocre at best.
Which in turn was just a re-Asian-ified version of Highlander
You just need to adjust your play style. The power can make a huge difference in the ability to achieve better results in some of the mission that reward stealth. If you want higher level enemies up the difficulty.
It is a blatant ripoff of "The Highlander" and should be reported.
I would prefer the game to accommodate my playstyle. Not the other way around. LOL!
I completed the stealth missions (Ryujin and SysDef) no problem with perks, panopticon and the operative suit. The reality of the powers is that they are not remotely godlike, much less actually necessary to accomplish anything. Again, the major change between playthroughs is the condition of Constellation and a few side NPCs that you will meet.
