Crimson fleet mission "The Best There Is" didn't active after "Breaking the Bank" finish

Well , I guess this is a bug that there is no more mission for crimson fleet after "Breaking the Bank" .
I met the UC sysdef commander after the mission , but this is it . I don't know why this happen and looks like I have to use console to trigger next mission , too bad :(
