I never enjoyed a single radiant quest in any Beth game. The moment i realise the quest is radiant, it stays uncompleted in my questlog until i delete my save file.
But onto the OP's point. There is a limited amount of POI in the game. This goes for exploration as well as bounty quests. I can see BGS adding more with expansions but still not nearly enough for the whole scope of the game. I think this is something where modders can really flesh it out though.
It should be modders adding to the experience... not having to craft the experience. if they had gone the daggerfall route and made dungeons proceddually generated it would be fine. then you would only end up with room tedium/surface building tedium Instead we end up with the same 5-6 buildings spawning all the time with their 5-6 connected lower level. its all the same after you visit them once or twice and you just get burned out cause you remember the locations cause you visted it 5 times before on other worlds.
