Where to farm type III and IV ships?
I go to level 75 systems but spawns are so random and the level is up the whazoo
Level 16's in a level 75 system...why?

Anyone got a sweet farm spot for Crimson Fleet Wraith III's etc? Or a high level Renegade III?

I dont buy, I steal.

Ships tend to spawn on your level and ship class level.. and where the mission is taken out.. so if you want high level ships.. goto a high level planet, build an outpost.. place a mission board and you should get high level missions. I'd suggest as well, well for Va'ruun at least.. goto Serpentis for them.. tons there, crimson.. dunno really.. I get many of the wraith 3's from ranger missions not many from planet landings..

Building your own ship is the way really... You won't find anything premade that can even come close to what you can make yourself. You don't even really need to build your own, just modify what you have as you go. I took the starter ship "Frontier" to a class C monster that can eviscerate all the bounty hunters and all the defenders(from my wanted perk), in about 30 seconds. Same with all other encounters.. You won't get a ship like that trying to buy it. It doesn't exist in your game until you build it.

"Serpentis", has a continuous spawn of large attack and hauler ships, its far out and you need a really good ship , they spawn in 2s and 3s when you enter the system, take off, move to other planets in system and anytime you basically enter a new orbit an the system, its great for collecting and selling ships, i got an outpost set for it.

Edit , they fly as a team, Commander will attack you and run, then the other 1 or 2 get on your tail, take Them first , leave the big boy for last,,gl :)

Take bounty jobs against crimson fleet pirates at random mission boards, the Ranger HQ in Akila City, or Vanguard missions.
I just land on some crater moon, usually within 30 seconds of leaving my ship something lands nearby...
If it is big, run to it, if not try again.

The ships that land are a bit rng, but the best possible ships that can show up are based on your level.
Ecliptic Claymore III and Crimson Fleet Wraith III are decent ships.
I also got a UC Autobahn III, as well as lots of lesser ships.
The spacer ships all seem kind of bad.

Note: I got these all on low level planets...

(You run out of places to sell stolen ships pretty quickly if you aren't stealing them to use them.)

Yeah I noticed the level 75 system Masada or whatever, has a 72 hour, to every hour rested, so I rest for 10 hours and the ship vendors are full again with money.
Stations are the best place to sell as they are 160K credit, land based tech engineers only have 72K credit.

Cheers.
I also noticed systems with Points of Interest ( PoI ) on planets seem to generate more random space encounters.
Systems with none seem to be very quiet.
I haven't done any of the resting nonsense, so my spaceship vendors are permanently broke lol.
Even 160k is only 3-4 decent ships, so would still take some shopping to dump a full fleet.

Use trackers alliance terminals. They usually say exactly what kind of ship you're targeting.

Rest once at the 77hour = 1 hour Fermi IIIb planet (top right level 75 ) then visit the stations.
Selling 4 of the Autobahn II at $100K each , then to Hell End Trade Authority ( with mod he has over 900K credits ) sell all the cargo items.
Its a good haul, rinse repeat all ships, I can sell 8 in less than 10 minutes, then one stop at Hells End vendor

If your looking for crimson fleet ships the best way to farm for them is to use a mission board.
