how to open the console ingame ?

i found this if it helps, sometimes its diff on some keyboards
"The console can be accessed in-game by toggling the "tilde key" (the actual key can be ~, `, º, ¬, |,^, \, §, ², etc., depending on your keyboard layout), found near the 1 and Esc keys on most keyboards."

you lose achievements if you use ~ just so you kn

Press it again, works for me. I actually press it accidentally all the time and have started longing for a "Don't show this again" check box on the "If you cheat you won't achieve" warning window.
