Stuck at War Relic quest (SOLVED)

(Solution)
I accidentally aggroed a faction somewhere earlier in my game. Which actually caused every settlement tied to that faction to attack on sight, not just the people in the mission. Which is why I detected it late as mission giver was in a different faction I didnt madden. To fix it you either have to check your bounties (likely not the root) OR SLEEP FOR 24 UT HOURS! It should be fixed after that...


(Problem)
I went to Niira, I am supposed to look for that Kaiser robot. The quest tries to lead me to a person inside the yard structure. But everytime I try to walk inn there everyone there starts attacking me for no reason (even tried to reload the game before I land at mission location) not only that but my companions will get mad at me and behave as if I just attacked civillians and exit my crew. And all the enemies are lvl1. Same happens if I try to sneak my way up to the person the quest tells me to reach. But he will also emedietly attack me and if I try to hurt him he is unkillable. So what gives? right?

Then I reloaded again, without setting foot in their structures, I decided to look for Kaiser myself in the piles. I found a crashed ship where I initiated dialouge with Kaiser inside. He wants me to find a microcell. I found one in the piles around but it doesnt seem to be the "correct" microcell battery? I am sure it was because it was zero mass like a quest item. I also found a microcell shield in there... But the quest keeps telling me to go back inside to talk to the same dude who will aggro on sight and just try to kill me (with my companion turning on me in the process) is my mission softlocked/broken?

Ok I figured it out. I accidentally aggroed freestar collective by "moving around a box outside some random outpost on some random planet. Did not even take the thing and nobody attacked me for it there" regardless... Every freestar collective settlement I went to emedietly started attacking me on sight causing my companions to get mad at me.

And the solution is appearently to SLEEP FOR 24 UT HOURS. This fixed it all! And no this was not a bounty. It seems to be a bug... I have no bounty ingame...
