Breach of Contract Bug (Mild Spoiler)

I've been on Barret's companion quest line for a while, until it reach a mission called 'Breach of Contract'. The mission seems going smoothly until:

1. 'Get a passcode for an employee' mission won't go away even if I stole the passcode.
2. 'Search for evidence' mission stuck because the door is inaccessible, and Barret's dialog become weird and broken on the location spot.

Anyone got similar problem? Is this a bug or I'm just to stooopid because I'm missing something along the line? Because it's relly annoying since Barret became my permanent companion until this quest is finished.

Obviously that is not the correct door. It says "Inaccessible". It does not open from this side. It is an exit. There has to be a different way in.

If that's the location for the mine, iirc I Admin hacked the terminal at the Foundry.

I'm stuck at the H-363 site, the quest won't recognise the trigger when I read the 2 terminal log entries. Barrett's update speech played, the the quest won't trigger. Doesn't seem to recognise that I've unlocked the Admin terminal in the main hub before I take the lift down.
