I am nearing New Game+ Is there a way to change...
...my character's traits? Or do I have to begin again with a fresh re-roll?

Other than removing them with dialog (some of them), console commands.

I just started NG+ and I have the same character, traits, skills, level. I haven't figured out how to change traits but maybe there is a way... I wanted to be another version of me and was disappointed that I couldn't repick traits.

No, you just roll with what you have. The upside is that there is no level cap so eventually you'll have it all. If you're on PC there are console commands that can add skills and you can just give yourself the skills you should have taken if you come across some regrets.

I'm OK with my skill set, I want to change my Traits.

there are console commands. player.removeperk (id#) and player.addperk (id#).

Infinite levels doesn't help with Traits such as Adoring Fan. If you didn't take it at character creation you can never get it. Traits can be permanently removed through ingame dialogue options. But you cannot ever gain any of them, and no option to get new one's on NG+ either. It's something they should patch IMO since it sucks to forever miss out if you didn't take something at character creation.

I think we both meant perks.. I don't know of any traits or skills in this game really. If you do a search for the console commands online you'll find them. There is a certain hexdigit for every perk.

EDIT Ahh, I forgot about the starting traits.. My bad. No idea how to change those other than re-rolling a new character. There might be console commands for it though, I'm just not sure.

Traits are taken (or not) as the final step of character creation.

Unfortunately not, it was a missed opportunity to make NG+ more interesting.
