Alban Lopez missing, need his NPC ID

I'm at the final part of Failure To Communicate, and Alban Lopez is nowhere to be found on the star station I just cleared out. The quest marker tells me to go to the Frontier, then back to the station once I board. He simply isn't here. I'm not re-loading a save before the dogfight and doing a full hour of combat and looting over again like online guides tell me to do, so if someone has his NPC ID so I can use a console command to spawn him and complete the quest, I'd appreciate that.

Hes not missing for me he just wont say anything i gave up on that quest its very broken..
