Report a translation problem
If not try randomly landing on the planet, I have seen somebody post that they eventually found a landing spot that had scanner distortions that led to a temple.
My personal experience I did have a landing spot highlighted but it had the wrong icon and there was no scanner distortion. Reloading and re-triggering the quest worked for me, possibly because it sent me to a different planet.
Been having a lot of weird issues with quests like this lately.
Same. Since the last update I've had the old bethesda "Quest says it's outside but go outside and it says it's inside" bug and that's never happened till the patch.
I've tried doing other quests, restarting the game, etc. It never gives me the location for "Power Beyond... Skink."

I build an Outopst there with a Scanbooster, and did 100% survey.
Find the Temple Quest ist there, but no Scanner Anomaly were i could land.
Happening to me to since going into NG+... I believe the next game update should correct it if what I read was correct...
I read somewhere a few weeks back they've already fixed it for new games, and an upcoming patch (hoping this next one) will fix it for games in progress...
Wasn't there a small patch a week or so back? That wasn't Beta tested? Maybe that's the patch that the post was referring to for new games and you started before that patch?
I could well be mistaken and it's this next patch that's fixing it for new games, though what I read sounded like it would fix the issue for games in progress...
