I cannot complete the quest on Skink to get the power.
Luckily I saved before entering the templ but, each time I successfully complete the anti-grav test, collecting the energy, I do not recieve a new power and the quest does not complete.

Try Exiting your game. Restarting computer, reloading and try it then.

Well, it appears that I got the power before trying to complete the quest. I already have the Personal Atmosphere power.
