new game + weird universe % is too low

From my experience of load scumming to try and get even 1 of those is like 5%, what that's means is: if 10 millions people don't do loading scumming only 500,000 will ever get 1 of the weird universe, THATS BAD, it should be changed because even if it don't exactly change much anything that can make New game+ feels even a tiny bit fresh is a plus.

And if anyone say just load scumming then; NO, it took me 7 hours today just to get a new weird universe for my current new game+, I don't think most people are willing to go that far doing the same thing over and over.

What I propose Bethesda do is this; every new game + after the first one gets a weird universe start, after you get that universe start and start another new game + that weird universe are removed from the list of weird universe that you will get, that is until 11th new game + where the list get recycle, unless of course Bethesda add more weird universe.

There is no point in making game features only accessible to very tiny portion of your customer Bethesda.

It's 15% and you can use console commands to set the chance to whatever you want it to be ... I do agree that it should be a little higher in vanilla though, maybe 33%.

I finally got my new universe. I woke up and I was K ves and I was an outlaw and I’m trying to get the Big heist score while avoiding Sith Lords Bethesda if you’re going to go ahead and make the chances so low, I’m gonna go play something else piss off I am on new game +30 on Xbox legitimately I have not gotten a new universe wtf Honestly, I’m starting to think it was a big fat lie! There is no other starting. You’re just always gonna get the mast starting because that’s all there is and Everybody is lying
