Why is everything so blurry one of a sudden?

Is it the star system I am in or what is happening?
I healed myself and took every aid I have in my inventory.
Still one of a sudden everything is blurry like this:

It could be atmosphere conditions (would be kinda cool), a glitch or maybe low health/illness? Is it blurry elsewhere?

what the hell.....

that looks like the visual effect you get when you take certain items (like alcohol or drugs) but it should only last a second or so... has it stayed like this?

I think some afflictions could cause this.
Check your status in the menu. Try sleeping and moving system.

It was neither of those, it was either a bug or the solar system!
As soon as I traveled to a DIFFERENT solar system the blur was gone!
I tried to rest and sleep in my ship but this would not fix it.
Also used all medicine and aid one could carry, nothing helped.
Only flying to a different solar system helped!
weird.
