Has anyone finished this yet?

Can the mission be completed without captains Skov and Petrov?

It appears that it is no more possible. I have exactly this problem now in NG+. I took all artifacts from the lodge to my ship (Foreknowledge quest) then the hunter appears. He also said he took care of Petrov!!! Now I cannot complete "A light in the darkness". I think it is a FAT AND UGLY BUG! (Hello Bethesda, look here! Please put it on the list for the next patch!)
