Neon - Ship and people in water
So I'm on the quest 'All that money can buy' where the final objective is to return to my ship... however apparently my ship and quite a few NPCs fell through the map and are stuck at the bottom of the ocean.

I've got no way to reach it, fast travel is disabled, earlier saves dont work and the quest marker keeps sending me in loops.

I'm essentially locked in my gameplay now. Anyone encountered this / has any fixes?

load previous save - disable mods if you using those

Can you talk to the ship technician to mod your ship? Should move the one you're working on to the landing platform.

I know this doesn't help, but that's hilarious.
Did you try saving and reloading or quitting reloading, only things i can think of to fix it other than console commands.

That was odd? I thought they do fix in last patch?

The landing platform on Neon looks normal like all the others, but a part of it allowed me to clip through the floor, luckily I boosted out before getting stuck or falling through completely...

Does your game not reset the NPCs to their normal positions after re-loading a save file or something? If not, I guess it's either:

1) Give up on the quest
2) Use console codes to register the quest as finished and see if that does anything

Well, I guess the console might be the only way considering all other options are locked e.g. fast travelling etc.

There's a couple of NPCs in the water as well that don't teleport back upon reloading, and the ship services technician is in a different zone of Neon, so doing the ship switch doesn't affect the platform.

It gets worse, there's a swimming woman trying to sell me chunks who just ends up slowly drifting away when I speak to her...

Why not? This makes no sense. Just load in a prior save. You DID make a prior save, didn't you? Also try exiting and reloading the game.

I reloaded a save before even starting the quest and did the entire quest all over again, same result. I'll give it another couple of restarts

Under the sea, under the sea, there'll be no trade transactions, just endless infractions under the sea.......

I 'fixed' it by using tcl to fly into the ocean and enter the ship, by the way
