Alternating Currents Quest Stuck

I've gotten to junction 47B but flipping the switch doesn't advance the mission. The other junction outside the well says "Requires Computer".

The mission is stuck, and I have no options.

It is a tricky one i give that due to the waypoint you are needing * the junction box A* removes when you get close. Junctions box B is actually the wrong box.

When you in the wel infront of the trade authority there is that little shop with salinas and that grey guy. Ontop of their location just behind a open door you can find the correct junction box * A * once you have done this one you should be send topside and to a building to turn off the last box.

Is that part where the to are arguing over which box to go to? The first time I did the quest both showed up with markers. Then next two times one of the markers immediately disappears.

From what I can tell there is no difference in which box you choose, except a dialogue remarks from the person you chose.
