Legendary Elemental Weapon Mod ID

I want a maximum status effect burst rifle, so I'm thinking to put it together with a Kodama's Flechette Drum Magazine rounds' Bleed effects, which would free up Tier 2 Lacerate to add Staggering effect, while also freeing up Tier 1 to add Furious in place of Extended Magazine.

Also applicable to other weapons with unique effects other than what Elemental adds like Explosive Rounds since Explosive is a Tier 3 mod, or maybe even a Bridger or Negotiator with Hornet Nest rounds.

Just never use Annihilator Rounds, it's literal dog crap and no one likes stepping in that, ESPECIALLY your followers.

Problem is I haven't found a source online that also lists Elemental in Tier 3 (Legendary Weapon Mod). I don't believe there are any other mods other than that one that console command wouldn't have control over if there isn't an ID for Elemental.
